I've spent my career building and scaling digital products — most recently at the enterprise level, where "launch fast" gives way to "serve reliably at scale." I know what it takes to grow a product from early traction to the kind of infrastructure that handles complex, high-stakes markets: the technical debt you have to pay, the governance you can't skip, and the organizational work that no roadmap captures.

My background spans Chile and Denmark — two markets with very different risk appetites, regulatory environments, and definitions of done. That cross-market experience shapes how I think about AI adoption, compliance, and the kind of product strategy that holds up when the stakes get real and the user base gets large.
